The house was very clean, hygienic, and beautifully decorated with a nice interior. It felt comfortable and cozy, making it a perfect place for my mother-in-law to stay. The space was tidy and quiet, just what we needed. We were a block from our vet in the tricities, which was perfect because my pup recently had surgery. We needed a quiet small space for a low key work trip so she could rest and I could work without worry. Jo was helpful with instructions for the house and very pleasant. The complimentary popcorn and drinks were very appreciated! Thank you for having me and my overgrown puppies in your house.

Amazing host. Went above and beyond for us. The place is great, bigger bathroom than we imagined! Water pressure was divine. The weather that weekend was incredibly hot, and the AC didn’t reach the rooms. If you sleep hot like us, keep that in mind. Beds were comfy! The kitchen is fully stocked and the small backyard was perfect for our dogs. Would definitely stay again.

This was such a phenomenal stay! They were great hosts, and such kind people. The neighbors were very friendly and the games were so fun! My daughter said her first words in this house and got two front teeth while we stayed here as well! Very special place I am forever grateful for this home! Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about this place. We had a long extended stay for the summer due to home renovations and we were pretty stressed with our situation we were in. Jo made things so incredibly smooth and easy for us. Even went above a beyond to help us understand the insurance process with housing claims when our insurance agent was not being responsive. Absolutely a gem of a host. 10/10 recommend this property. Our family was very comfortable. The master shower is super relaxing. The bedrooms are comfy and cute. The living area is large and comfortable. Kitchen has everything and more you could need. The neighbors are very kind and felt safe in the neighborhood. Jo himself is incredibly warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. I can’t say this enough. Very happy with how our stay went. Lots of great food near to drive to or Uber eats. Highly recommend anything from the Pasco Specialty Kitchen in downtown Pasco (especially “Tri cities afghan food” and “Best Pizza Ever”)

Jo was an AMAZING host! We ran into a few issues but Jo was very responsive and got things taken care of right away. The house was clean and came equipped with everything to cook dinner and he actually had nice wine glasses. The house was in great location because you are only 10 mins from Portland, several wineries, the waterfront and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again

We had family visiting and this was the best place we could have stayed in Tri-Cities! There was 6 of us and it fit us comfortably.
The home is beautiful, none like it to rent around here! It was a clean and comfortable experience. The location is great with a beautiful neighborhood to walk. Everything is just a short drive away (restaurants, stores, etc).
Jo was really great with communicating with us and making the experience as great as possible.
We’d love to stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Easy reservation and directions. To get there and get checked in. Responded within
Minutes and we were headed on over TJ get checked in. Home had everything you need and all the comforts of home. Will be back next time we’re in town

This is a charming place. We felt right at home and everything was spotlessly clean, pleasantly presented, and well equipped. It was clearly an older place, but it has been nicely updated. We traveled around Europe for a few months and up and down the west coast in Airbnbs and the is the nicest one we have stayed in. Notable is that the kitchen is well-equipped, including a full set of pans and even oil and spices. Good communication and they tried to work with us as best as they could.
