Account roles
Each user on the Parcel platform has a role that determines what they can see and do.
Owner
The standard role for property owners. Owners can:
- View their own properties and performance data
- Access their financial reports and payouts
- Send messages to the Parcel team
- Block dates and manage reservations
- View and sign documents
- Manage their account settings
Admin
The admin role is reserved for The Parcel Company team members. Admins can:
- View and manage all properties across all owners
- Process payouts and manage financials
- Send messages to any owner
- Create and assign tasks
- Manage block requests
- Access system-wide analytics
Entity members
If your property is owned by a business entity (LLC, partnership, etc.), multiple people can be linked to the same entity. Each member gets their own login but shares access to the entity's properties.
