Exporting Your Data

Data export

You have the right to request a copy of all data The Parcel Company holds about you and your properties.

Requesting an export

1. Go to Account in the sidebar 2. Scroll to the Data Export section 3. Click Request Data Export 4. We will prepare your data and notify you when it is ready for download

What is included

Your data export contains:

• Profile information
• Property details
• Booking history
• Payout records
• Messages
• Documents
• Activity logs

Format

Data is exported as a ZIP file containing CSV files (for structured data) and PDF copies of documents.

How long it takes

Data exports are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when the download is available.

Privacy

Your data export is generated securely and the download link expires after 7 days. Only you can access the download.
