Viewing Your Documents

Documents section

The Documents page stores all your important files, including signed agreements, compliance documents, and receipts.

Accessing documents

1. Go to Documents in the sidebar 2. Browse your document list sorted by date

Document types

• Host Agreement: Your signed management agreement with The Parcel Company
• Amendments: Any changes to your original agreement
• Compliance Documents: Permits, licenses, or registrations for your property
• Tax Forms: W9 and any 1099 documents
• Receipts: Records of maintenance or improvement expenses

Downloading documents

Click on any document to view it. Use the download button to save a copy to your device.

Missing documents?

If you expect to see a document that is not listed, send a message to the Parcel team. Documents may take a few minutes to appear after signing.
