Installing the Parcel App on Your Phone
Adding Parcel to your home screen
The Parcel Company portal works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This means you can install it on your phone just like a regular app, without going through an app store.
On iPhone (Safari)
1. Open Safari and go to theparcelco.com 2. Log in to your portal 3. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) 4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen 5. Name it "Parcel" (or keep the default) 6. Tap Add
The Parcel icon will now appear on your home screen. Tap it to open the portal in a full-screen app experience.
On Android (Chrome)
1. Open Chrome and go to theparcelco.com 2. Log in to your portal 3. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right 4. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app 5. Tap Add or Install

Enabling push notifications
After installing, you may be prompted to allow notifications. We recommend allowing them so you get alerted about new bookings, messages, and payout notifications.
