Why we verify your identity

Identity verification is required for security and compliance. It ensures that only verified property owners can manage listings and receive payouts.

What you need

A clear photo or scan of one of the following:

• Driver's license
• Passport
• State-issued ID card

How to complete verification

1. In the setup wizard, navigate to the Identity step 2. Upload a clear, well-lit image of your ID 3. Make sure all text is legible and the full document is visible 4. Click Continue

Tips for a successful upload

• Use good lighting; avoid glare and shadows
• Include all four corners of the document
• Do not crop out any information
• File formats accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF
• Maximum file size: 10MB

What happens after upload

Our team reviews your ID within 1 business day. You can continue with the rest of the setup wizard while waiting for verification.

Privacy

Your ID is stored securely and is only used for identity verification purposes. It is never shared with guests or third parties.
