Planned maintenance
Occasionally, we perform maintenance on the portal to improve performance, add features, or apply security updates.
When maintenance happens
- Maintenance is typically scheduled during low-traffic hours (late night or early morning US time)
- We announce maintenance at least 24 hours in advance
- Most maintenance windows are 30 minutes or less
What to expect
During maintenance:
- The portal may be temporarily unavailable
- You may see a maintenance page instead of the normal portal
- Any work in progress (like filling out a form) should be saved before the window starts
Your bookings are safe
Maintenance only affects the owner portal. Your property listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms continue to function normally. Guest bookings, check-ins, and communications are not interrupted.
How we notify you
- In-app notification before the maintenance window
- Email notification for longer maintenance periods
- A banner at the top of the portal if maintenance is imminent
After maintenance
The portal will automatically return to normal. You may need to refresh your browser. If you experience issues after maintenance, clear your browser cache (see "Clearing Your Browser Cache" article).
