Payout process

Payouts are the payments you receive for guest bookings at your property.

Payout schedule

Payouts are processed on a regular cycle (typically monthly). The exact schedule depends on your agreement with The Parcel Company.

How payouts are calculated

For each booking in the payout period: 1. Gross booking revenue: Total amount paid by the guest 2. Minus platform fees: Fees charged by Airbnb, VRBO, etc. 3. Minus management fee: The Parcel Company management percentage 4. Minus cleaning costs: If applicable 5. Equals your net payout: What gets deposited to your account

Viewing payout details

1. Go to Financials in the sidebar 2. Scroll to the Payouts section 3. Click on any payout to see a line-by-line breakdown of every booking included

Payout delivery

Payouts are deposited directly to the bank account you set up during onboarding. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after processing.

Questions about a payout

If a payout amount looks incorrect or you have questions about specific charges, send a message to the Parcel team. Include the payout date and the specific line item you are asking about for the fastest resolution.
