Your revenue breakdown shows exactly how your earnings are calculated for each booking and payout period.

Line items

Gross booking revenue: The total amount the guest paid for their stay, including nightly rates and any additional fees.

Platform fees: Fees charged by the booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). These vary by platform and are deducted before we receive the funds.

Cleaning fees: The cost of turnover cleaning between guests. Some properties include this in the nightly rate; others charge it as a separate fee to guests.

Management fee: The Parcel Company fee for managing your property. This is a percentage of the net revenue (after platform fees).

Net payout: Your final take-home amount after all fees and costs.
