Property photos

Great photos are the single most important factor in getting bookings. Properties with professional-quality photos get significantly more views and reservations.

How to upload

1. In the setup wizard, navigate to the Photos step 2. Click the upload area or drag and drop images 3. Upload at least 5 photos (we recommend 15 to 25) 4. Arrange photos in the order you want them displayed 5. Click Continue

Photo requirements

• Format: JPG or PNG
• Minimum resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels
• Maximum file size: 10MB per photo
• Orientation: Landscape (horizontal) preferred

What to photograph

Capture every space a guest will use:

• Exterior: Front of the property, entrance, parking area
• Living areas: Living room, dining area from multiple angles
• Kitchen: Full view plus close-ups of appliances
• Bedrooms: Each bedroom showing the bed, closet, and any special features
• Bathrooms: Each bathroom
• Outdoor spaces: Patio, deck, pool, garden, views
• Unique features: Fireplace, hot tub, game room, home office

Photography tips

• Shoot during the day with natural light
• Declutter every room before shooting
• Use a wide-angle lens if possible
• Keep the camera level (no tilted shots)
• Stage the space: make beds, set the dining table, fold towels
• Include at least one photo showing the view from the property
