Checklist sections

The checklist typically covers:

• Kitchen: Counters, appliances, dishes, floors
• Living Areas: Dusting, vacuuming, tidying
• Bedrooms: Bed making, linen changes, dusting
• Bathrooms: Sanitizing, restocking, mirror cleaning
• Outdoor: Patio sweep, furniture arrangement, pool check
• General: Trash removal, lock check, thermostat reset

Customizing the checklist

If you have specific cleaning requirements for your property: 1. Send a message to the Parcel team 2. Describe the additions or changes you need 3. We will update the checklist and communicate changes to the cleaning team

Quality assurance

After each clean, the cleaning team confirms completion. If a guest reports a cleanliness issue, we address it immediately and update the checklist if needed.
