Timeline
The Timeline section shows a chronological record of everything that happens with your property.
Accessing the timeline
1. Go to Timeline in the sidebar 2. Scroll through events in chronological order
Event types
- Bookings: New bookings, check-ins, check-outs, cancellations
- Maintenance: Repairs, inspections, service calls
- Cleaning: Turnover cleans, deep cleans
- Financial: Payouts processed, fee adjustments
- Administrative: Status changes, agreement updates
- Messages: Key communications logged
Filtering events
Use the category filters at the top to show only specific event types. This is helpful when you want to see, for example, only maintenance events.
Why the timeline matters
The timeline gives you a complete history of your property, which is useful for:
- Tracking when maintenance was last performed
- Understanding booking patterns
- Having a record of all communications
- Tax preparation (documenting expenses and activity)
