How bookings work

When a guest books your property through any of our listing platforms, the booking appears in your portal automatically.

Booking information visible to you

  • Guest name (first name and last initial)
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Number of guests
  • Booking source (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or Direct)
  • Booking status (confirmed, checked-in, completed, or cancelled)
  • Nightly rate for the stay

What we handle

  • All guest communication before, during, and after the stay
  • Check-in instructions and access codes
  • Any issues or requests during the stay
  • Reviews and follow-up after checkout

What you see vs. what guests see

For privacy and security:

  • You see the guest's first name and last initial
  • You do not see the guest's phone number or email
  • You see the booking source and dates
  • Payment details are handled by the booking platform

Cancellations

If a guest cancels, the booking status updates in your portal. Cancellation policies are set per booking platform and are handled automatically. Any applicable cancellation fees are distributed according to the platform's policies.
