Understanding Your Calendar

Your property calendar

The calendar shows all bookings, blocked dates, and availability for your property at a glance.

Calendar views

• Month view: See the full month with bookings shown as colored bars
• Color coding:

- Blue bars indicate confirmed guest bookings - Gray bars indicate blocked/unavailable dates - Green bars indicate your personal reservations

Reading the calendar

Each booking bar shows:

• Guest name (first name only)
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Booking source (Airbnb, VRBO, direct, etc.)

Navigating between months

Use the left and right arrows at the top of the calendar to move between months. Click Today to jump back to the current date.

Multi-property calendar

If you have multiple properties, use the property switcher in the sidebar to view each property's calendar individually.

Syncing with your personal calendar

You can sync your Parcel calendar with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. See the "Syncing Your Personal Calendar" article for instructions.
