I Cannot Log In to My Account
Login troubleshooting
If you are having trouble logging in, try these solutions in order.
Wrong password
1. Go to theparcelco.com/forgot-password 2. Enter your email address 3. Click the reset link in the email you receive 4. Set a new password and try again
Email not verified
If you recently signed up but never clicked the confirmation email: 1. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from hello@theparcelco.com 2. Click the verification link 3. Try logging in again
If the link has expired, try signing up again with the same email to get a fresh link.
Wrong email address
Make sure you are using the exact email address you registered with. Common mistakes:
- Using a personal email when you signed up with a work email (or vice versa)
- Typos in the email address
- Using an old email address
Browser issues
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled
Account deleted
If you previously deleted your account, you will need to create a new one. Previous data cannot be recovered after the 30-day grace period.
