Reporting issues

If something is not working correctly in the portal, we want to know about it.

How to report

1. Go to Messages in the sidebar 2. Send a message describing the issue 3. Include as much detail as possible: - What page you were on - What you were trying to do - What happened instead of what you expected - Any error messages you see

Helpful information to include

  • Screenshots: If you can capture the issue, it helps us tremendously
  • Device and browser: e.g., "Chrome on MacBook" or "Safari on iPhone 15"
  • Steps to reproduce: Can you make it happen again? What steps trigger it?
  • Time it happened: Approximate date and time

Common issues vs. bugs

Some things might look like bugs but are expected behavior:

  • Slow loading: Could be a network issue; try refreshing
  • Data not updated: Some data refreshes on a schedule, not instantly
  • Missing feature: Something you expect might not be built yet

Urgent issues

For urgent issues that prevent you from accessing your account or that affect active guest bookings, email us directly at hello@theparcelco.com with "URGENT" in the subject line.
