Clearing Your Browser Cache
Clearing browser cache
If the portal looks wrong, is not loading properly, or is showing outdated information, clearing your browser cache often fixes the issue.
Chrome
1. Press Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) 2. Set time range to "Last 24 hours" or "All time" 3. Check "Cached images and files" 4. Click Clear data
Safari
1. Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy 2. Click Manage Website Data 3. Search for "theparcelco" 4. Click Remove then Done
Firefox
1. Press Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) 2. Set time range to "Everything" 3. Check "Cache" 4. Click Clear Now
Edge
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete 2. Check "Cached images and files" 3. Click Clear now
After clearing cache
Refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + R) and log in again if needed. The portal will reload all assets fresh from the server.
